Did you hear that,
North Korea launched a missile on Sunday that landed somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Many international leaders now fear that Korea has the means to create a long-range missile. The North Korean government claims they were simply practicing their right to peaceful space development. The United Nations banned North Korea from ballistic missile activity in 2006, but the right to space development created a loophole. Many countries, including the United States and Japan, have voiced their opinion that North Korea should be punished for violating the U.N. sanctions placed on them. The group is being led by Obama. He openly told North Korea the incident would further recluse the country, and that the whole world is against them. Obama wants to get North Korea back to the U.N. negotiation tables. Russia and China, North Korea’s two strongest allies, have publicly backed North Korea. Korea had announced the date of the launch and the route the rocket would take, and it was tracked by Russian radar. Let’s hear what you all have to say.

I wrote a post on this back when the launch was announced. I remember Japan specifically saying if the missile was launched they would shoot it down. Man did they drop the ball on that one or what? I understand North Korea has been and still is considered a nuclear threat. But I don’t believe we should be getting involved, let alone leading the lynching mob, right away. Korea publicly announced the date and path of this missile. Also we have no way of proving that it was weapon of mass destruction. For all we know it was a space satellite. Now I am all for renegotiating with North Korea, because obviously someone messed up somewhere during the last incident and left a nice big loop hole in that agreement. But I do not believe Obama should be running his mouth like he is. I mean think about it, Korea is publicly being backed by China and Russia. That’s 2 of the biggest and strongest countries in the world. We are already hurting badly from a war as it is, we don’t need another one. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. If Obama gets us involved in another international squabble while we are trying to end the war we are in now, he is done. It is almost impossible to fight a war on 2 fronts and win. Especially when you are taking on two of the biggest countries, and one of them probably being the most highly developed. Obama needs to learn to think before he speaks, or reads the teleprompter anyway, and that there is a time and place for everything. It’s not that time yet. Do some research and learn what you’re dealing with before you let your lips flap freely Obama.
